Obviously Spida allows us so much flexibility and will be exciting off HB flank and especially out on the flank..............to have him float up front for periods of the game and be with Braddy, Goodes etc that will be very difficult to match up on as all three are mobile but two of them are very mobile for their height

This is a great swap for us

Don't mind the mouth as long as he doesn't have the tatoo.

            Could it be Bevo?
That wouldn't be a total shock, after losing Campbell Brown.

Unfortunately only 18 men can be on the field at one time, only 4 on the bench. Throw in the injured LRT,Bolton and Seaby then look at the emerging Reid and Johnston it is really hard to see Everitt making our best 22 . Surely he will be a back up player who has to wait for an injury to get his chance and then has to take it to stay on.

Nope, I heard it loud and clear.

Robert D'Orazio or Cameron Luke said verbally that Mal could be on the move.

                We'll see......

It came down to him and Moore for that finals spot and in hindsight they probably went with the wrong guy to play on and off Harbrow. But I can understand where the coaches were coming from Moore has more tricks to his game than Bevan and they were probably hoping that he could make Harbrow more accountable through score board pressure. It didn't work but not all moves come off.

If he wants to go, hopefully the club can accomodate his wishes and get him to the club of his choice as he has been a loyal servant and dependable player much like Ben Matthews was.

I've heard the reason the Swans are so desperate for Sherman is because he has a big tank on him.

If he posted his phone number we could give him the Melbourne footy experience. Abuse the hell after him if he plays a bad game. There, Melbourne experience.

Still a bit over the top response because you missed out on a game in a season when we had no chance of a prelim or GF win.

The reality is though - and that game would have brought it home to Bevan even if he wasn't already painfully aware - is that he's not in the club's best 22. He is probably just in the best 25. At the stage of his career he is at (ie he's no longer a developing younger player), if he wants to play more regular senior footy and not have to rely on injuries, the chances are he needs to do it at another club. He may not make the best 22 of many other sides either, even though he is a more than handy depth player.

Hard to begrudge him reviewing his situation. It's a bit different from the likes of White and the more recent draftees who are all still in the development phase of their careers.

Surely the Swans must have set a deadline for Sherman, because they would have to start looking at other options for this pacy midfielder that they're falling over themselves to get.

                              Worth a re-run!

Don't begrudge Bevo casting his eye around - it's not obvious to me however whose best 22 he does fit in.
