We don't actually have to fight at all as he goes into the draft. However my black dog was impressed with your creativity.
Nothing like a good light bulb moment.

Have been otherwise engaged all afternoon - so I take it nothing has changed then?
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Exactly...the second one being beyond my wildest dreams after so loooooooooooooong in the widerness.

One thing that has come out of this is the mud that has been thrown at Ireland through the press and the Adelaide board....he has been portrayed as a dodgy dealer from sleazy Queensland and his wife and daughter in it as well....aspertions I know but yucky. Very happy. Now he will go into the PSD and we will grab him and still have picks 23+45. Yes!

No guarantees as several other clubs are interested. How can anyone know how much each club can afford so tat swans can outbid.

Wardy dear, I was going to txt you but decided if you and Al hadn't joined in at this stage then you must have been busy in your real life.
              Precise:
Cambo to Port we get pick 72.
Spangher to Hawkes, plus pick 72 in exchange for pick 60 something.
TDL to Saints. for 47 I think.
              Nipper and Mez dropped.
KT, AFC, @@@@ hit the fan. No trade.

              That's about it.

I don't think any real mud has been slung at the Swans or Ireland. We can't help it if we've won a premiership and still have enough money to pay top dollar for a KPP.

The culprits seem to be Stephen Trigg, Tippett Sr and Peter Blucher. Is that what other people think? Should we vote on it?

It won't be about money mate. He's made his mind up, he will look like an absolute goose if he goes anywhere but sydney.

Dry sunny MCG late September 2013 ... intimidating twin towers of Tippett & the vastly improved Jesse White line up deep in the Swans forward line with Sammy & Goodsey on the half forward line ... scaring the bejesus out of the cobbled together taller (compared with '12) - but impotent in light of the monstrous Swans forwards - Hawks defense including Lake & Spangher ...

But interesting just to gauge what people felt about the whole thing along the way. I was initially against it as I didn't want to lose any decent players. Then I was for it when it was Jesse plus a draft pick. Then I was against it when it turned really smelly. I don't mind either way what happens in the PSD now...
Serious, you would not care if we didn't take a 25yo, 200cm, proven marking forward in the PSD? One that the club he is currently is with was willing to pay its highest ever salary to?

Ireland like all the people running the Reigning Premiers are legends in my book. The fact that the jealous wankers in Crow land are having a crack means we are most certainly doing something right.

Good for him, good for us. Dewy would have been involved. Rated player, just can't get on the track. They need a hard head down back, project player, if we get Tippett he has nothing at swans.

I can't quite believe there are still people who don't want Tippett. The fact you don't trust the blokes who have just delivered us a second flag in 8 years just defies belief. If the recruiters wanted to recruit an arthritic poodle with attitude issues I'd be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt such is the faith I have in these guys.

I'm confused why there are stories saying we forced Jessie to be part of the deal with pick 23? Can only assume that we had to get rid of Jessie to afford Tip?
