I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Smaller sample size obviously, but that's the best goal per game average in the comp. Top 5 is
            Tippo 3.4
Kenno 3.3 (87.2 stutter steps per game, though)
            Camero 3.2
            Cloko 3.1
            Rougho 3.1

              Goodo.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I reckon if he plays next season in the ruck he wins the Brownlow just like Teaser did in 1977. Far more agile than Mummy and is very strong over head around the ground. Looks a genuine star.

I don't think anyone who didn't see it could ever appreciate how dominant Teaser was in '77. Sheedy's criticism of him as the worst player to win a brownlow always drive me nuts.

I agree re Tippett, he seems to have that aura about him, but I doubt the crowding tactics of the modern game will allow him to run rampant like Teaser did that year.

                        Fair dinkum

Kurt is much better then I thought he would be

The guy is a crazy matchup

Is it now Buddy then Tippett ?

That is a massive call but the guy is just so hard to contain and I know Cameron and Roughy have been killing it......... but I reckon Cloke and Hawkins are a fair bit behind Kurt !

Kurt is a seriously mobile and athletic big man - the guy is 203cm or something and he is just so difficult to chop down or contain in the wrestle !

I just cant wait to see Reid, White and Kurt !!!

Imagine if Reid started kicking it like Kurt !!

Goodes can head back into the midfield and rip them to pieces

Good to see that Tippo got paid some arm-chopping today unlike how it's normally just ignored

Tippet is key to our flag hopes, and with top 2 unlikely, id rest him for cats game and use white as primary forward

Rest him? You'd only rest him if he was injured (ie minor hamstring scare). The guy didn't play in the first half of the year and he's flying! You think you would rest other players needing it who have had a long year (ie Hanners, Mumford).

Exactly, he rested for 13 weeks.
