Papley's highlight reel is very impressive...seems a natural small forward with very handy skills on both feet. Also a pretty long kick for a little bloke too!

I liked seeing that the first 3 goals in the Papley video were off the left. Thought that was his dominant foot until I watched the rest of the video.

I was surprised that we didn't take a KPD or KPF unless we think that will be where Dawson will end up. He could be a Jack Darling sized played. We had our opportunities to take another KPD many times during both drafts, but decided not to, so we must have faith that the current group is going to produce the replacements for Ted and Reg. Brisbane now have 20 players who are 191 cm and over, and many are quite decent players and prospects, so there's always a pool of tall talent around if need be.

As Beatson said, we had a focus on skills and speed this draft and that was the kind of player we went after. Considering we only had one high draft pick, I think we did pretty will this draft. We also increased the list size from 44 to 46.

Well said. Compare Tyrone's indiscretion to that of Lewis Taylor from the Lions.

It's as though Tyrone is copping more heat than Lewis Taylor. I for one don't know any moron who thinks it's appropriate to smash the windscreens of multiple trucks and cause $10,000 worth of damage. Think about the loss of productivity that these truck drivers would have experienced as a result of Lewis's actions.

I for one think Tyrone needs to be given the benefit of the doubt - yes it was silly, and yes he needs to learn quickly, but it was hardly the hangable offence some are portraying. The awkwardness of when he first meets Goodes should be enough to get him well and truly back into line.
