The hard nuts of our recruiting dept may have decided that Hiscox and David are 30% chances of making it - and any player they selected from the draft in the same round might be a 15% chance. That's rather like the Roos' way of thinking - find discouraged senior players over first-round recruits because at least the seniors have shown they can play at AFL level.
