Stevie J would be worth picking up if he can hit key fitness outcomes.

The wonderful footy brain part is the most important thing in football. It really goes a long way and probably the main reason why Hawthorn are so good, even more than their skill level.

Not mental; he has a horrible technique. Drops the ball all over the place and swings his pigeon toed foot across his body. If he has had a kicking coach then he hasn't heeded any advice.

I have no problem with them getting aish, is not worth it IMO. Plus if you get rid of players you ought to be able to replace them. However they will be weaker and their good luck with injuries can't last forever...surely

Steve J for a year - Yes from me. I would sign him for 2 (1 as a player - try and get forward structure, then the 2nd as forwards coach)
