That's very true, we killed them in stoppages in the last quarter.

You guys need to base your opinions on some actual facts.

Lucas is averaging 15 poss, 2 goals per game this year. He has averaged 15 poss per game for his entire career. So, he was on target for possessions and well above average for goals.

He is an accurate kick for goal - straight kicking is what forwards do - it doesn't make them look better than they are - it is what they are.

7 possession and 3 goals in a half = 14 poss, 6 goals in a full game. That would be a pretty good game for Lucas.
Or 14 possesions, 3 goals, 2 behinds, 1 OOB in most cases.

Yep - Bolton needs to be played on smaller guys in this case. He really should always be anyway, but we lack height down back.

No that's the enormorameeces. I thought LRT did OK. Lucas is a quality player lets not forget, and 3 goals from him is a pretty average day at the office. And that Kennelly incident... it was actually a bad decision/possession from the captain that put kennelly under pressure leading to the goal. Not LRT's fault.

I know LRT's not the answer to our problems yet. How can we honestly expect him to be? But he is doing a fairly good job holding down a tough position.
If u don't believe me, I will knock your bloody teeth out and not pay you a cent.

So you are conceeding that LRT is the equal if not better than Lucas's other oponents during his career on average.
Remembering too that it was a perfect night for forwards. Dry and no wind.

Well done LRT, youve made it to AFL level.

Ummm... He averages 2 goals per game. He had 3 to half time on LRT. You do the maths...

Thank you. A conceed if I ever saw it.

Lucas was lucky. I bet Sheedy isnt singing his praises after the game. LRT's here to stay.

Exactly. The realisation that LRT plays an effective brand of football has that effect on most people.
You now have the ability to look past the circus act, and see the endevour. Congrats.

Umm Barry Hall had 3 goals to half time didn't he? If that's the case, something doesn't add up

I though another great night for Kirk and he was given more freedom tonight wasnt playing as a close tagger. I would have liked to seen Vogels sit at FF for most of the game we struggle for a target when BB is outside the 50. MOL was good in patches but another big target up front would be handy.

Moore looked pretty good and i would prefer we stuck with him for a few games before bringing McVeigh back.

I would like to see Spriggs out for Jolly, I think the balance will still be ok if we swap a small for a big.

What a bizarre decision to play Davis maybe he injured the hammy in warm up??

Looking forward to Jolly coming back in and Ball must be a chance as well.

                            Cheers

I don't know how big you want the forward line to be, but in addition to Hall and Micky, we had Vogels, Saddington, Schauble and Goodes spending time forward.
