I've run the numbers on this before. See my previous posts in this thread.
To summarise these posts, Gold Coast, Hawthorn and the Bulldogs will be using up several picks matching bids on five players in the first round of the draft. This will move Sydney's picks up enough that Sydney can match any bid without a deficit after Sydney's first-round draft pick (which will slide to pick 16 or 17).
