Nathan Djerrkurra knows some Tasmanians..only good reports from them about him. Go Nathan

What is Voss smoking? Bradshaw was offered that deal last year and it didnt work in Brisbane's favour. How would the 3-time All-Australian, Norm-Smith Winner, 2-time Brownlow Runner-Up, 3-time Premiership Player, 3-time Club Champion, Team of the Decade membe, ex-captain not get snapped up in the draft/PSD for two years when the Lions don't give him his contract?

Vossy, just sign the bloke for two years, ya dil.

So he meets the first Criteria to play for the Lions. They demonstrated that with choosing Fev and Braddy is no Einstein. We can employ a tutor to teach him to read.

Based on recent recruiting its rarely that obvious the recruits we will target in trade week . I doubt too many people were discussing Mattner, shaw, kennedy , mcglynn or mumford prior to trade week as possible targets. We dont mind targeting in contract players who suit our needs and are possibly on the edge of selection at their own clubs.

Who falls in to that category in current AFL clubs?

TDL is less experienced and less physically developed but potentially has more strings to his bow. Not sure that you could fit both into a forward line.
I think there is room for both. From memory, and I could be wrong, he is a fair bit bigger than TDL and could play FF at a pinch. If Braddy gets injured and White doesn't work out I think he would be a good option. With question marks beside Braddy ,Moore/injuries and White/Ability the forward ranks do look a bit thin. Just a thought.......

If Jack Anthony is a sandwich short of a picnic then I'm afraid to look inside Setanta's hamper

I really hope we keep Vesz, if there are concerns about his work rate he is still young enough to change...

no to setanta, unless we want him to give any of the yngsters a kick up a@#e when needed....not consistant enough if you ask me..
How come Andrew Walkers names hasn't come up here..i know Crows showed intrest, but why night, he played well int he forard line against us a couple of weeks back, the guy has talent, ok shoulders are a bit iffy, but i am sure Gibbsy can get him going well.....i would rather him than any of the mentioned current club players
